If I go on a cruise out of Miami again I will definitely use them. It was a mess parking the day of our cruise. But just getting in and parking was crazy. It was a mistake to choose this company. Showed up when and where they said they would, all documents were provided and customer service answered all questions i had. Parking at premier cruises was excellent and effortless. We parked our car in a covered parking garage and the shuttle tookus to the cruise port and picked us up quickly. Would highly recommend using this service. Premier Cruise Parking has horrible customer service.

Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. 45 minutes in a line up to park followed by a 2 hour wait for a shuttle behind 100 others waiting is not acceptable. It took us 3 hours from entering the garage to arriving at the pier.
