The only drawback is the order in which people get on the shuttle van after the cruise. Some who have waited longer may not get on right away because the van didn’t stop directly in front of them.

We immediately got swept away after we parked our cars in the garage and only had to wait a few minutes after the cruise to be collected. From beginning the reservation to the final departure from the parking garage our experience couldn't have been better. We will use Premier Parking every time we head to the Port. Our last experience with Premiere was a bit unsatisfactory in the wait time experienced for pickup at the dock.

When we got there he told us he couldn't take us and sent us back. We missed a van that arrived and the last two spots were taken. We waited 25 minutes for the next one.
Shuttles are dependable, with friendly drivers. Just head out early when leaving the cruise because the port gets pretty packed with taxis and other shuttles. The drivers will orient you well on this. Our experience was excellent for cost and service. However, the couple on the van with us waited for 40 minutes for the van to arrive. If we had to wait that long it would have been a 2 rating.

He needs 2 more vans and 2 more employees to speed up the process. Fix the van in the parking garage that has flat tires on it. The pick up time should be 15 minutes in rotation not 30. More shuttles are needed especially on disembarkation day. The wait time before 9am is too long. The service was also excellent, I couldn�t find the parking place and I called in and they guide me through. Shuttle picked us up immediately at end of cruise.
One sign said this way to I- 95 and no more sign after that. Ended up on Biscayne Blvd and had to drive to 87 ave using Flaglar st which was one lane downtown due to construction. My car GPS (2018) indicated turns that now had signs saying turn was illegal. I will be requesting reimbursement for the cab fare.

When I called your office, girl was also rude and clearly didn't care about the situation. Delays were a problem but rudeness is unacceptable. Parking garage is close to the cruise port.Battery in car was dead because I left a light on in the mirror on the passenger visor. They had jumper cables and got the car started quickly.Will definitely use Premier again. Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. Slow pickup going to the port but, only a ten minute wait from the port to the parking garage. The check-in booth should be located at the entrance to level 7, not half way up between levels 7 & 8. If you don’t meet one of those two groups, don’t despair.
